I was chosen as a finalist to host a fun POM party using those big red beauties in season. I love dinner parties, so I was definitely up for the challenge! Because the party had to be held right after getting back from FNCE in Boston, I had to hustle to plan the menu, go shopping for all the ingredients, and get everything set up by the weekend. FNCE 2010 – positivity, inspiration, empowerment
Looking back on my experience at FNCE last weekend, I have never felt more positive energy and inspiration from a group of professionals all looking to improve the overall health and lives of others. Granted this was only my second FNCE conference, first one as a dietitian, but I hope to remain on this positivity high for a long time to come. I met some amazing RDs and it was so neat to finally meet many of my twitter friends and put an actual face with a name! (more…)
